The quality of a good product revolves according to Sushi Ran around the following four aspects: knowledge, the people, the ingredients and the production facilities.
Over the last 20 years Sushi Ran has acquired a lot of knowledge. This knowledge has translated itself into a HACCP system, which is certified by Lloyd's (LRQA). The daily production and HACCP system are monitored closely by our own quality department. Sushi Ran invests a lot in her work force. A lot of training is given on topics such as technical skills, quality and management. In this way Sushi Ran safeguards an optimal quality. Sushi Ran uses only the best ingredients in het products. The most important part of the sushi, the rice, is cooked in a traditional way and is seasoned without the use of artificial additives.
The facility that was newly built in 1996 for Sushi Ran has been extended and renewed several times since that period. The last extension was made in 2008 and has made it possible for Sushi Ran to comply completely with the high standards that are currently demanded of all food producing companies.
